1. Information We Collect

Face Data (Funny Face Camera)

Funny Face Camera detects faces in the live camera image so that it can apply the visual effect you choose (for example, bigger eyes or a warped face) in real time. This section explains exactly how that face data is handled.

• What face data is used: The app finds the approximate positions of the eyes, nose and mouth corners, and the size of the face, in each camera frame. This is done on the device with Apple's Vision framework on iOS and with Google ML Kit face detection on Android. The app does not create face templates or faceprints, does not identify or recognize who a person is, and does not use face data for authentication. It does not use Face ID, ARKit face tracking or TrueDepth depth data.
• How it is used: These positions are used only to decide where on the screen to apply the selected effect. They are not used for advertising, analytics, tracking or any other purpose.
• Where it is stored: Face data is processed entirely on your device and is held only in the app's temporary memory (RAM) while the app is running. It is never written to storage, never included in the photos or videos you save, and never uploaded to any server.
• Sharing: Face data never leaves your device. It is not shared with us, with any third party (including Google AdMob and our other advertising partners), or with any data broker.
• Retention and deletion: While the camera is running, each result is replaced by the next one within a fraction of a second. Only the most recent positions are ever kept, and they are discarded when the app is closed. Because face data is never stored or sent anywhere, nothing is retained after that and there is nothing for you to request to be deleted.
• Photos and videos you take: Photos and videos are saved only to the photo library on your device, and only when you press the shutter button. The app does not upload or share them, and you can delete them at any time in the Photos app.

Apart from the on-device processing described above, our apps do not collect, store, or process any biometric information, including face data or fingerprint data.

Face data processed by Funny Face Camera is never shared with anyone (see Face Data in Section 1).

We implement appropriate security measures to protect the collected information.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

As an individual developer, we do not operate our own servers to store your information. The information described in this Privacy Policy is collected and processed by the third-party services listed below, and is retained in accordance with their respective retention policies and the settings we have configured:

• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): Automatically collected analytics and usage data is retained for the period configured in our Firebase settings, up to a maximum of 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted by Google.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC): Advertising-related data, such as advertising identifiers and ad interaction data, is retained and processed in accordance with Google's data retention policies.

Face data processed by Funny Face Camera is not retained: it stays in the app's temporary memory only while the app is running and is never stored or sent (see Face Data in Section 1).

We retain automatically collected information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. When the applicable retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymized.

You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at azuma0115@gmail.com. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) at any time through your device settings, and limit ad personalization from the same settings.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
